We share our advice with you on how to build up your natural resilience by focusing on what you can control. Then we talk about reframing your mindset to give yourself agency instead of picturing yourself at the mercy of events around you. We also delve into the difference between resilience and toxic positivity and give you examples of how to make the most of the little moments of calm and joy in your day.
