Once we’ve dived into the difference between assertiveness and aggressiveness, we give you three tips that you can apply to become more assertive. You’ll learn the words you need to remove from your spoken and written vocabulary and you’ll also hear a handy mental reframe that’ll make you feel more comfortable in your new, assertive persona.
